- The Norfolk Office of Elections is located at 810 Union St., 1st floor, Norfolk 23510.
- Election Day is April 21, 2026, with voting at your assigned polling place from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Early voting for the April 21, 2026 Special Election will begin on Friday, March 6th at 9:00 a.m. in the Norfolk Office of Elections.
- In addition to our regular early voting hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we will be open on Saturday, April 11th and April 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The deadline to vote early for the April 21, 2026 Special Election is 5:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18th.
- Curbside voting is available during early voting for those with a disability or over age 65.
- We will be utilizing our four (4) voter satellite locations for the April 21, 2026 Special Election. They are:
- Berkley Recreation Center, 121 W. Liberty Street
- Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library, 1425 Norchester Avenue
- Lambert’s Point Community Center, 1251 W. 42nd Street
- Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean View Avenue
